DURING YOUR STAY:

Respect rest hours:

10 pm – 7 am

In case of inappropriate behaviour, guests may be asked to leave the house before the expected date.

Do not lose your keys. An extra cost will be requested if you forget or lose the keys.

Respect the separate waste collection.

Close all windows and doors, whenever you leave the house.

Do not leave personal belongings inside the house.

Wash all used kitchen utensils by hand or in the dishwasher.

Take out the garbage.

Properly close all the windows, doors and shutters to prevent possible storm/strong wind damages. 

Leave the keys where you collected them.

Respect departure time at 

10 am

IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES  YOU MAY BE CHARGED WITHIN 48H AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE.

Please remember that it is forbidden to make noise or disturb the neighbors. 

All items and structures in this facility must be used properly and returned in the same condition as you found them. 

Any misconduct will result in a fine, which will be charged after your departure. Thank you.
